District 7890 Million-dollar Journey

 

 

The goal is to raise a minimum of $1 Million in new donations for the programs of The Rotary Foundation with minimum donations of $10,000 from each donor in cash or a bequest.

 

 

Donors will receive donor recognition depending on the type and amount of the gift.  Major Donors and Bequest Society Members receive an engraved crystal and a pin. The recognition may be presented to each donor at one or more district-wide special events, or at a club event during the campaign to encourage greater awareness and interest over the course of the journey. Wishes of the donors are paramount in deciding appropriate venue and timing.  There with be a celebratory dinner in April 2018.

 

 

New gift, pledge or bequest made between April 29, 2016 and March 31, 2018.  [Pledge can be  3-year pledge made in equal parts, even if made on March 31, 2018 with accompanying donation of $3333.33]

 

 

Gifts: Outright, Pledge, Life Income Agreement

 

Bequests:  Will, Permanent Life Insurance, Trust, Retirement Plan

 

Other:  Group or Individual Donor Advised Fund
